EveryTrail Resources

Coastwalk is always researching the growing resources on the web which support outdoor activities for those which can be useful in building support for the California Coastal Trail. One of those we have found recently which looks very promising is EveryTrail.Com.

EveryTrail has capitalized on the wave of new cell phones and GPS devices which can capture the routes and scenes of hikers, mountain bikers, walkers, and all others who love the outdoors and want to show all of us where the best places are to enjoy it.

Here's a link to the mapped hikes along the coast of California which spend some time on the CCT.

These are great trails. You should really check out some good trails in Santa Barbara, California. Beautiful city with great hikes. Inspiration Point. Rattlesnake Canyon are both really nice. Seven Falls as well. IF you're visiting from out of town I'd recommend staying at the Sandman Inn ( Really cheap and about a 5-10minute drive from all great hiking trails.
